WOD
Our daily workout of the day! Each class is split into two 30 minute sections so members can plan classes around their schedule. Programmed for functional fitness, strength and ability
Strong Kidz Class
Each week we have three 30 minute sessions for 6-15 year old kids who want to get strong, fit and learn new skills
CORA'S BODY BLAST
30 minute full body blast with our coach Cora! Get your heart pumping and burn those calories
Burn with Angie
Our coach, Angie runs a lunch time class Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday PLUS Sunday mornings for any ability. Note: these classes are cash only, pay on the day
MOBILITY
Build strength, stability and get mobile with Cora in this 30 minute mobility class
Free Women Only
As part of our not for profit work, we hold a free class for women and girls every Wednesday 6:30pm
