Next week we will be following a fun structured programming in all WOD classes.
Monday- benchmark WOD
Tuesday- gymnastics skills
Wednesday- weightlifting
Thursday- barbell skills
Friday- circuit/ weightlifting
Saturday- team WOD
Some of the team have started a new strength cycle programme working on getting super strong on squats, bench press, shoulder press and deadlift. We will be adding this programme into our weekly classes so if anyone would like do more weightlifting than scheduled get in touch for access to the online programme
