Monday- benchmark WOD Tuesday- gymnastics skills Wednesday- weightlifting Thursday- barbell skills Friday- circuit/ weightlifting Saturday- team WOD Some of the team have started a new strength cycle programme working on getting super strong on squats, bench press, shoulder press and deadlift.
